So, there was a story about AI in games, and now even the big game companies want to use AI for "Fear of an individual 'developer' making a game as great as theirs with little effort." Umm, this is like a five star reservation and high class dress code only feeling threatened by microwaves, so they are going to microwave all food that is prepared raw instead of cooking and the skills that go along with it. I concede AI use for translation, as it's accurate enough and can reach people. I'll 100% give it to AI. A tiny bit of graphics, ok. Anything more risks me not getting it. Having its code written is an instant no. You can tell the AI games on Steam by how shitty it looks. I mean, worse than a doodler that's like, kindergarten. You can literally feel the vapidness and maltreatment and disrespect of time spent for creation on such a game. It makes me ignore said game so it never comes up again. No one forced you to be a developer. Hundred Line Danganronpa is going all in on AI.
