I love and hate being mixed. Love bc I’m proud of who I am but hate because mixed kids barely have enough representation but I’m mixed black and indigenous Latino (Taino mainly) , not black and white. I even managed to experience racism from both sides today. Mannn just my luck huh. Like always been to black to Spanish ppl too Spanish for black ppl and obviously the white ppl are the main oppressors. Treat me like a human. I can’t count how many times I’ve been alienated. Tears in my Latina eyes rn actually😔😔
