I want to blow the entire cover off of my dept. Both my charge nurse and health care administrator are horrible supervisors. Everytime I go to one of them with an issue I notice, they give fake reassurance just to brush it off. I literally handed in documented instances of when I was bullied by this one lazy but charismatic coworker, and my charge even admitted her behavior is bullying, and that she does not trust the bully. Then later she's been acting like a puppy that needs approval from the bully and I have no trust in her anymore. I recognize a very weak and poor leader who is incapable of keeping a professional boundary. It sucks ass that both my charge and the hca are both so validation hungry they turn a blind eye to this toxic coworker's actions. It is absolutely disgusting. I am so fking sick of working at this school of medicine clinic where nobody is held accountable meanwhile issues are raised in huddle and never truly addressed. I want to get out of this department so bad
