I used to love my job but the position they've put me in feels like the world ends if I can't show up to work. I call in if I'm having a family emergency or I get sick like today but they act like the store can't function without me there. I'm not a manager and as much as I'd like to help the team out when I can this pressure to always show up and never call in is getting to me.
