During Shivratri people around here usually fast yk from kids to older folks. Everyone here does it for their own needs and to honour the tradition. I’m not sure how did the idea of fasting turn into “seeking a perfect husband” or “wishing good” for your husband’s health. This is silly xD Like, not every fast is attached to men’s health and marriage, and just because a few people grew up in a patriarchal environment where fasting was tied to such traditions doesn’t mean they need to degrade religious fasting or put down someone who fasts. Just say that there was some sort of personal grudge lol. And yes, i will add whoever tf I want in my cfs. A few women weren’t included due to their passive aggressive behaviour and being overly critical about certain things, but claiming that I’ve ruled out females in my cf is absurd. Again, even if that were the case, it’s none of anyone’s business.
