If you live in the midwestern part of the country do NOT apply to work for any som in that area because this place I'm at right now is a big fat joke when it comes to holding its employees accountable. From cell phone use, to unequal rooming duties, to using task list as an excuse not to room patients, to workplace bullying from a 4* year old btch with grandkids who still lack emotional intelligence, to managers who will gaslight the fk out of you about problems they themselves make no measures to truly address, this place is a truly toxic pile of sht.
