I am sick and tired of hearing that HR people are overwhelmed from having too many people applying to every job when they * Repost the same job every single day * Repost the same job in several hundred cities across the US * Repost the same job across a dozen job sites **and** * Offer the job to dozens of recruitment firms to submit a bunch of candidates If you can't handle the volume of applicants you're getting, **stop widening your net**. And every time I've said this to HR people who are whining online, they've said that's just how recruitment is *done*. Well, that's obviously not working, man. Have you tried literally anything?
