I'm really disappointed because I really had hope that this was not going to be the case with this particular client, with him in particular. It was someone that at least I thought we had a more understanding working relationship, that he knows what it's like to deal with people who are dishonest and people who don't want to pay you when you do a job for them. And he's exactly the person who did that to me in the end. Even if you don't want to go with my design, I still did a job that you approved, whose invoice you approved, and you gave me an advance, and it wasn't even the full 50% and I accepted it because I trusted you, because you said that we would work together on other things and so on and so forth, and I'm the idiot who bought your excuses. But I'm done working with him. Done. I don't want to waste more of my time with people who don't take my work seriously or don't respect me enough to pay me for the work I did.
