there's a mirror leading to many of the experiences i've underwent throughout this short life of mine. nowadays, i leap onto the other side, and i begin wondering and wondering until it changes. the dream shatters, and what's left is another mirror awaiting it's turn—once again i'll jump. there's many of mirrors, but none truly reflect what's desired anymore, as all they reflect is the cold, hard truth that i cannot bear any longer. this afternoon i tilt my head to look toward the window, i watched the sun rise and sit at the top. there's nothing more than emptiness within me, and mirrors keep reappearing where i stand. soon, this'll become another mirror-world, and i'll wonder of this too. does mother and brother understand, that i'll forget them too? perhaps it's just the drink, the beloved shining white they lose themselves in. they jump from monday to friday, and then on. i am losing my family to alcohol, and i'm beginning to lose hope. these mirrors reflect the cold, hard truth.
