So, at my place of work, which is federal, it seems pettiness and unnecessary high school like cliqueness and toxic competition really thrives thanks to the tone at the top. So we have two sites that will be condensed into one and these people from my work site will move to the bigger site soon. So we have these people coming down and asking us how to prevent mail from being opened by their new coworkers and even mail people. My senior workmate handled that. So fucking dumb. So now, with a front row seat, it can be said that the ineptitude is caused alot by corruption, and also just plain laziness. Sensitive shit that should go out and meet a deadline is constantly put off and God forbid you mention something, it's as if you just either called a black person a N word or worse yet, you film yourself in a daycare live and say how many sexy kids there are for you to fuck. So to keep my job, I am keeping my mouth shut and am looking for other work since I am now apparently the enemy.
