I want to be there for you and hold you and let you let out those emotions you claim to not have, but what you don’t know is that while I’m in your corner I have no one in mine. I don’t have someone begging to help me. I keep conversations going and try to reach out as much as possible because I’m terrified of you feeling as alone as I do. I don’t want any of my friends to think they don’t have someone in their corner. I’ve felt that lonely, cold, heartbreaking feeling. I don’t know how to go about this, but you cannot say it’s because I wasn’t there. I don’t know how to not be there. My body is eating itself from inside out because the love I give to others is the very thing that’s poisoning them. But I beg for that poison, I beg for someone to hold me and tell me they care about me. So I’ll let it hollow out my soul if it means you feel like you have someone to talk to, even if you don’t want to talk to it.
