Just randomness here. Read up on a story on a flight travel blog about broken seats on a Business class American flight, but showed they had good food. Specifically, there was no in flight entertainment and chargers as they were both broken. While I can see how that can be aggravating, you always have to consider the fine print, or the if I got it right, the Contract of Transport, where it says if you get to Point A to Point B uninjured, that's the extent of their responsibility. Hence, like what I do when I travel Business class only when I can help it, is charge up my phone to full, and just be grateful I'm reducing the chance of a nutjob by pricing myself away from them, financial segregation. All I care about is the bathroom works and the food's good, but most of all, the plane don't crash over the ocean and we all die. Other than that, I can't get into their luxury jargonic XLR-X and alphabet type talk. I care about the seat and destination. I'm not living on there.
