My boyfriend has been in welding school for about a year now about to be graduating even…. Well it just came out that he failed a quarter and has to redo it which sets him back to graduate in February now. We planned a Christmas vacation in another state with non refundable tickets. I’m doing my best to be so supportive of him knowing this is hard for him. I don’t even know what to do about the vacation now, how to tell anyone that this has happened. I don’t want anyone to think less of him when he’s truly a great person trying his hardest. Do I just cut loses and cancel the vacation so he can have his full attention on finishing school stronger?
