We finished class early today, but since dismissal isn't until 3:30 PM, we had an hour and a half to kill. My classmates asked if I wanted to go to the market with them to canvas for project materials. While walking, I got separated from them in the crowd. I assumed they were behind me and waited outside the gates. Signal was bad, so I couldn't message them. It turns out they left without me, leaving me waiting for nearly 30 minutes for nothing. When I went to catch up, they weren't even at the store—they were at a fast-food chain and they didn't inform me beforehand. After ordering for myself, I saw them sitting at a long table. There was no space for me, so I had to sit alone at a separate table. None of them made any effort to include me in the conversation. This isn't the first time they’ve cast me aside, but it is officially my last straw.
