People has the f it attitude where I live. Because theres a dumpster for multiple places and stuff gets thrown in that blocks off where you can't even get your garbage in. People just keep on tossing it in top regardless how high the pile gtts or sets it to the side. That pisses me off ok because there are others nearby that's in a little bit of walking distance. I've taken ours there multiple times. Because I refuse to contribute to a giant blanking mess that will go everywhere when the garbage truck runs. I'm not paid to pick it up. Actually grounds keepers/maintenance had that job but you rarely see them do it. It pisses me off when I see people being so ignorant like that. Like eh throw it up there throw it to the side who cares what happens. I've actually had to pick some up strewn before because it was near our vehicle by other people's ignorance. The upstairs neighbor saw it backed out and left it basically saying that's not my problem. This place is so effed up.
