The neighbors dog keeps constantly barking at our house waiting for our dogs to go outside and it is RIGHT next to my window... I tell it to shut up all the time! The only time it's quiet is past midnight or a little bit in the afternoon. Though it is always outside. It is big and loud too! With a very annoying bark! I can hear it through ear plugs, with my headphone set on at the same time as my speaker being turned up. The neighbors do NOT speak English.
