Funny how some right-wingers preach about how it's perfectly possible to be friends with someone with different opinions to you, and berating them for their opinions makes you intolerant. I'm a leftist and I've stayed friends with people with different opinions to me, even stayed in relationships with them, because I know they're not hateful. There's no hate in their opinions, just different information and different perspectives. It's the people on the right who have insulted me over my opinions. People I considered friends turned against me for my opinions, while I never even reached out to them over theirs. I still considered him a friend because I didn't genuinely believe he was a hateful person. Now I do.
