I HATE my job. When I first started here everything was ok. Ever since we got new management things have been chaotic and completely unfair. Im the ONLY black MA here at this site and Im constantly being bullied. They love when Im happy and making everyone smile, until I have to place a boundary and all of a sudden " its not a big deal "WHO ARE YOU to tell me what's a big deal if Im being vocal about it in almost every meeting, It keeps happening. Just simply asking for respect and communication. They act like its sooooo hard to do so. Mind you this a predominantly Hispanic workplace and the manager has BLATENT favorites who get to do w.e they want. I lost my car at the beginning of the year and asked for assistance from management and was told " Your responsible for your own transportation, But I will check in with HR" She never did and I got penalized for calling out since I couldn't get to work. The very next week a coworker overheard her asking the nurse if she needed a Lyft.
