I hate avoidant attachment people. Well not hate or anything like that. Its just i can't see their perspective. Obviously its okay to have alone time. And Obviously be your own individual person. I thought that was normal? I just don't understand when they take it to the max and not want to EVER talk or text at all. There's def no need to text everyday but to outwardly ignore them. Is kinda insane. Me being someone who has suffered with anxious attachment and I have hurt my ex by being this way. I truly grown to realize. Yeah that is fucked up. So I'm Def growing from that. But tbh i think I'm always gonna overthink. And be insecure. Or even depressed. I just learned/learning to tone it down. I realize its important to focus on friendships/family relationships now.. but only after I lost everyone. I'm worried that my next relationship will be me always focusing on them cuz I have no friends. Which obviously I wanna try to have friendships but its hard for me.
