Fuck me. How can a company succeed where everything in the software department is super fucking chaotic? Oh we want to launch a new product, but didn't realize until launch day that we are missing a signed contract from an important third party. Senior engineers never talk and ask for help, the domain knowledge stays with them in a lot of the cases. I sometimes just sit there and read some interesting stuff because I would like to help but not sure how. In addition to that this is in Norway. I am fluent in the language but something is strange here with the way people behave. As soon as you meet them abroad they are cocky, loud and just suck ass. I can't deal with this Norwegian bullshit job culture anymore, it is so fucking draining that I don't know what to do anymore. I hate everything about this job and this country.
