i graduated in the spring from a doctorate program but I am currently in a limbo where I cannot get a job in the field I studied. So I am unemployed and struggling both financially and mentally. I am crying every other day because I am so stressed and frustrated. I have been applying to jobs both in my flied (in anticipation for when I am able to be hired) and for retail type jobs so that i can make some money in the meantime but I have had no luck on either end. I have no money in my bank account and paying stuff of with my credit card. I just don't understand why it is so difficult to get a job when there are so many companies hiring.
