My neighbor is a horrible person who is harassing me, damaging my property and destroying my peace of mind. He throws stuff on our roof and lawn, pours chlorine on our parkway, urinated on our lawn, let’s his kids throw rocks at our cars. He acts as if our front yard is an extension of his property, encouraging his guests to use our yard like it’s his. And his music that vibrates all corners of our house until 4am on some nights. Much of what he’s done is illegal, and I want to get police involved because he’s threatened us, but I am afraid that might escalate things. I keep waiting for karma to handle this.
