Last year, I moved from Texas to California. Before I left, a bunch of my friends said they’d keep in touch with me. Since then, only two people have kept in touch. My boyfriend and my best friend. Recently, I got my hair dyed to a bright purple and I posted it on my story. That was a week ago. Someone just now saw it because they didn’t care enough to actually see what I posted. Which is crazy because 1. I have streaks with her and she should be able to see my hair all the time and 2. She was one of the people who most often said she’d keep in touch It just made me realize that everyone out there who claimed to care about me doesn’t actually care as much as they claim to. I doubt any of them will notice (let alone care) that I unfriended them online. I posted about it on my story (I didn’t name drop ofc) but nobody saw it except my cousin. I’m just tired of fake people
