What's one thing your boss or manager does that drives you crazy? My former one would yell at us and watch us like a hawk. Valid since there were some who abuse being lazy with going to the bathroom for 10 to 15 mins every time something hard came up to do. I just didn't like being yelled at getting other people's crap especially knowing they didn't work hard at all.
