I work at my colleges bookstore and people kept calling after I told them the person they looking for wasn’t there and no I don’t know when they are coming in but they will email you and no I don’t know when they will email back. Also I had a girl, after I told her she needs to contact her professor since the course isn’t on the platform anymore, tell me to not talk to her that way when I said there was nothing we can do and her reply was that she was going to call the company president and that I am customer service and she be able to fix her issue and that she contacted her professor and the professor told her to contact us. Basically becuase I couldn’t do anything to help her she made it out to be that I was being a lazy mean bitch becuase I couldn’t help her with this problem when I told her the only solution was to contact her professor since they were the only one who could contact someone to fix it.
