If you have to log off early, then put that in your damn calendar. Keep it up to date. Because how the hell am I supposed to schedule calls with 8+ people in it when nobody updates their calendars?!?! And then I have people replying left and right that they can’t make it and to move it back 30 minutes. Come on.
