My best friend once told me something to the effect that the boy I like would never even look at me. The thing is, I've liked him for over a year, and then she found his TikTok account. I don't have TikTok, so she checked out his reposts. Then she showed me a video he'd reposted where he was talking about an ugly girl he knows, and she was laughing, looking at me, and saying, "Didn't I tell you?" Months have passed since then, and I haven't told her how hurtful it is, but I still cry from time to time. It's not the first time she's made me feel like a good-looking boy could never like me, and it won't be the last. It hurts. I love her so much, but why is she doing this?
