Pt 5: this is one of the roughest years I’ve had. So we now have to move them back in. No big deal we got this. We will figure it out. It’ll help me because now I don’t have to do chores at 2 households and focus on 1. Right after we decided that bam! HVAC started leaking badly. I didn’t even notice it until days later. Clogged drain due to the glue the maintenance team used when I was under warranty. And not only that it’s been going on for a minute without me knowing because I have a 5ft radius of water damage flooring. All because *que the music* duh duh duh. When you’re under warranty that company wanted to send out the cheapest people they could find so it didn’t go into their profit. I made a claim with the extended warranty. HVAC will more than likely be covered. Water damaged? Oh that’s another claim and there’s a chance that’ll be all out of pocket.
