ngl i think sexualizing characters from dandy's world or animal hospital or other games/series with similar art styles is weird. they look like literal chibis yall... also. the games are on roblox, a platform with a huge audience of children... (i know many adult players are on there too, i'm one, but that's besides the point). anyway, i had a friend who LOVED hypersexualizing characters and let's just say, that is what killed our friendship LMAO. i asked her to tone it down, only for when we hung out (she has fandom friends which i was totally ok with), but it somehow turned into me rejecting her "true self" ??? she's a grown woman btw, in her mid-20s. i think this new internet culture or lifestyle(?) where people are obviously quite lonely or unwell and turn to fictional characters for comfort is not healthy behavior, especially if they act like my ex-friend. mix all that with a victim complex that lashes out whenever they're confronted, and you have a recipe for unnecessary drama.
