Brother who regularly needs and asks for money and has received countless gifts—birthday, holidays—over the years won’t bother to remember your birthday, congratulate you on special occasions, or even bother with a $10 gift card. He lost his pet, which is sad, and he told multiple people and wanted sympathy, but if you lose your pet, you’ll receive ZERO sympathy from him. He’s selfish, tacky, and rude.
