I hate working in U.S. schools. It’s exhausting, and honestly, it doesn’t feel worth it. The job feels like a never ending marathon of pointless meetings, paperwork, and training that doesn’t really benefit teachers or students. What I don’t understand is why so many American teachers stay quiet instead of standing up for themselves and their rights. Teachers deserve more time with their families instead of being expected to spend hours on unnecessary work that adds no real value. The amount of stress, time, and energy this job takes is not worth the pay. And after all of that, teachers often feel like they are not respected by students, parents, or the community. It can make you feel invisible and completely unappreciated.
