This is a very small, insignificant thing, but I have to talk about it here. No one I know in real life actually accepts my interests. I really like this one videogame series. I've played all the games I have access to and I've consumed all official and fan made content of it. However, there's just one problem: the most recent game release was in 2009. Nintendo makes references to it (like in the recent Mario movies) and even adds the characters as a playable fighter, trophies and spirits in Smash, but refuses to make a new game. I understand that it would be hard to adapt it to newer audiences and they'd have to change a lot of stuff, but I still have hopes that one day, somehow, I'll get to see a new game be released. I really love the franchise and community, but it sucks that we're basically starving for new content.
