What's something about your mental health that you wish people understood better? Anxiety. Some days better than others. Some not so much. Some days you feel overwhelmed like you gotta do a million things at once. Especially when family who can't help how they are gives you multiple things to do. And it feels like it's all got to be done at once. Or like going to the grocery store can be overwhelming especially how people act and always in a hurry. Not fun. Iykyk
