i am so annoyed. i dont get it why the staff at the hotel cannot use the hotel system to update the billing stuff. why do i need to change the confirmation on word document every time? and they would chase me in the morning expecting me to be able to edit shit with a click of a button all because the guests want to go back at 10am. might i remind u, im a part time worker. i dont work 24/7 and i have a second job where the boss already knows. ive told them before please inform me of any changes the day before NOT ON THE DAY OF THEIR DEPARTURE. i also already told them I CANNOT CHECK FOR BANK BALANCE but they still keep calling me as if i can develop some super eyesight where i can see everyone's bank account to see if guest's payment has been received. but seriously, i dont get it why they cant change things on their end because when guests wants add ons, they can "miraculously" include it into their bills. this is the same no? just add on the transport part like an add on.
