I've liked this guy I work with for two years. Recently he's been reciprocating it. But it turns out that hes a mixed signals kind of guy and its bothering me because I want him to ask me out but he won't take the step to do it. I've never felt happiness and calmness like this around anybody else, but for some reason he makes me feel whole and like he's a partner and a friend. So, it's hard to move on because he really does feel like the one. So I'm just torn between showing him a strong signal that I like him or just walking away from that situation and act professional as if I was never in love with him.
