I've been in an online relationship for the past 10 months. 60 hours ago, it ended, as my ex partner blocked me on every social media platform, with the only explanation being "I'd like to break up". We were on good terms. We didn't have a fight or an argument. I didn't do anything to upset her. And yet she decided that this person she had spent 10 months of her life with, deserved to be left without so much as a goodbye. Not too long ago, she was telling me beautiful things. That she was lucky to have me, that she wouldn't know where she would be right now without my support, that she would remember me when she became gray and old. We both understood that what we had would end one day, simply because of the distance between us. That's not what hurts. What hurts is how she discarded me like worthless trash :(
