I'm annoyed. So I use this service to get rides places while I don't have my license. I have a dentist appointment coming up and I have a ride set for that. But I had to renew stuff with the company and so I tried to ask while waiting if that would cause issues for the appointment. They never got back to me and instead the person messages me a day later with something unrelated. I ask again and have gotten no response. So now I just have to hope I don't have to cancel my appointment last minute. (It's not uber it's like a ride through doctor stuff. So It's the same person every time.)
