I was on twitch chat and watching a streamer play a game. It was Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave. It got to a part where a character said something very strange. Her goal was to resurrect her father by using his heart core, and the melted down souls and bodies of a million people plus a god. She said "I shall be the mother to birth you back into the world for the second time" Immediately people started making incest jokes in the streamer's chat, and the streamer joined. First incest jokes arent really funny, they are really gross. Second, by definition this was not incest. Incest requires relations between biological family to birth a new being. Everyone else thought it was funny, but I did not as by definition it did not make sense. When I said as much, people in the chat started dog piling on me that I took it too seriously, and that it was funny. It was not funny because it didnt make sense. I was however the bad one since i mentioned it wasnt funny because it didnt make sense.
