After 3 years after losing my awesome job to schizophrenia, I finally got an opportunity to do one of my dream jobs: Cultivation tech. I have no background in the cannabis industry and I have an in person interview coming up. I am extremely nervous as I really want to land the job, the pay is really good and I'll be working with cannabis plants all day. 3 long, hard years of landing no jobs and just doordashing, and someone finally decided to give me a chance. I wont screw it up by being high, late, or lazy. You will get your shot eventually, you just gotta hang in there, and you will get many opportunities in life. Youre bound to screw up in your 20s but thats all about learning, no one is perfect, and if it costs you your job, you will find another opportunity, eventually. 3 years was my wait. I hope your wait isnt as long as mine. Stay fresh everyone.
