ngl my brain does a little 🚨 sound any time i see a guy call women "females". how would you like it if you were simply called a "male", like you were just some specimen being observed in a lab? funnily enough, i have never seen men refer to other men as "males". i haven't seen women call men that either. and yet, i have this funny feeling that some guys would think the specimen thing is a reasonable explanation. it's not. women aren't a separate alien group of creatures that you need to treat differently, whatever the reason, whether it be fear, sexism, etc. women are people too, people with their own lives and feelings. if you can refer to other men like they're an actual person, you can do the same for women too. same thing goes for women when it comes to men too. men are human too. bare minimum respect yall. aint that hard. shouldnt BE that hard. this world is already so dogshit, we don't need it to be even worse.
