My experience working at Little Caesars: Poor management, unfair treatment, and serious concerns I have had an incredibly frustrating experience working at Little Caesars. The pay is already low, but what makes it worse is how employees are treated. My coworker and I regularly get criticized by management even when we feel we haven’t done anything wrong. One incident that pushed me toward quitting involved being asked to leave after working since 9 AM, despite originally being scheduled until 2 PM. I was asked to leave and return at 5 PM because another employee couldn’t come in. I explained that I wasn’t available to work that evening, but after completing my tasks, I was told to leave because the owner apparently didn’t want me there after I declined. I also heard that the owner was upset and had been making negative comments about my coworker and me.
