To make sense of this supposed made up drama with even veterans of the military saying and crying they need this like an addict looking for their next fix, not caring their life's in current ruins, this is like doing online fraud, or hacking and obtaining personal sensitive information like social security numbers. Then you get arrested, and then you get like a toddler and act all pouty and victimized and say "Well, NORTH KOREA does it!! Why don't you go after THEM?!! You're just PICKING on me!" First, that's called invading another country. They LITERALLY have the backing of their country to protect them, so police and law enforcement can't go over there lest they want to risk NUCLEAR war much less regular, conventional war. So no, NO "Skill game" slot machines for you, filled with money from potential gaming addicts who finally fell to the constant, ever growing temptation of gambling. Either find something worthwhile to do or go be a parasite somewhere else and do a life of crime!
