I asked a professional cleaning company for a deep clean of my home. They have an excellent 5-star reputation. I have never been so disappointed in my life. They did basically nothing, even though i spent the last 3 days removing clutter, dusting, vaccuuming, and making things as easy as possible to help them. Naturally, i complained. I sent pictures. I was as courteous as i could be in such an emotional state. And they responded by talking to me like i was some kind of villain. Clearly, i'm not allowed to have nice things. I should not expect people to do their jobs, no matter how much money i throw at them, or how kind i try to be. I kept a jug of cold water in the fridge for them. I wrote a heartfelt thank you note. I said hello to them after i returned from the bank and before i took my dog out so they could work with absolutely no distractions. I'm real tired of wasting money on highly rated professionals that don't do their jobs.
