My husband has adhd, frequently overwhelmed and exhausted, chronic anxiety and depression. I am currently ill, just being not well nothing serious. I’ve been supporting him and his treatment the whole time in last 3 yeard. Tonight I just asked him to give a back rub with some medicine ointment like my mum used to give us when we’re sick. And he’s refused. Said he’s got a terrible day. I just don’t feel supported or loved by him because of his own limitations and capacity
