I’d appreciate some advice on something… I’m absolutely terrified of my partner gaining interest in my interests because I developed the constant fear that they are attracted to other people or characters sexually, which has completely ruined some interests in media for me. I found out that they had been using Character AI to talk and roleplay sexually for the first half of our relationship and it hurt me very badly and caused me an intense anxiety around this. Sometimes I regret having not broken up with them over it, but I love them a lot. It feels stupid to be so stressed over such a thing even with my reasons. I’d love any advice anyone could give on where I should go so I’m not constantly worried that he has wandering eyes.
