I have really come to think about a popular Arabic quote, which states “is this the life I used to kick my mother’s womb for” And it truly has spoke to me. My first time having a suicide thought was before I even hit ten years old. And although that was more over my relationship with my mom and my almost obsession of making her feel pain the way she made me feel pain I have had those same thoughts of wanting to die reemerge as of last year and they have lingered and recently spiked till now. And what constantly hurts me is the fact that I truly believe longtime happiness is possible. I’m sure I’m not the only one, I’m sure most people have delt with suicidal thoughts at one point in life. I’m sure it’s a longtime issue for almost everyone, whether they say it or not. And the fact that around the world people suffer hellish lives no matter what, physically or mentally there is never an end to the suffering. Even the rich suffer mentally. I just wish there was an an answer.
