Goodbye predominantly Hispanic co-ed public school, you’ll always feel like home to me. Despite how much I describe public school like it was all bad I truly miss it, there’s something so pure and intertwined about those spaces, the innocent natural memories, it was just so pure, it was everything. I truly do miss it. No matter how bad it was at times god do I miss it, I get that my new school (private catholic girls school- you don't have to be catholic though and I'm not) is so tight with community and stuff but it’s just so much more… natural at public school in a way, we’re all friends in a different way, it’s not because we’re all nice, but because we all know each other, we’re all the same in a certain way and I really miss it. On top of it all I’m surrounded by fucking white girls who are like THE bully blueprint AND I go to school with fucking Benjamin Netanyahu and his 100 children (my vice principal and a decent amount of students hate Arabs/muslims- which I’m both.
