Rant #23251

I'm not sure what to make of what my partner said. He withholds information because he feels I go into problem solving mode. It's totally fair because my first reaction is to ask what I can do. Is it fair that he completely withholds? He just told me this after 1.5 years and told me hes been meaning to tell me.
