I’m a junior in college and I hate my major. I used to have a passion for fashion and wanted to make it big in the industry or even just be involved. I love to dress up and express myself in that way but after being in fashion school and having to repeat SO MANY classes to the point my graduation has been moved back 2 years due to me failing, I’m starting to hate fashion and have long lost my passion for it. It’s too late to change my major and I’m really trying to see this degree through and trying to find my love for fashion again, but I don’t think I will. I’ve been having thoughts of switching to the sciences and going into healthcare as I’ve always been good at the sciences, and think I’d prefer to keep the creative side of me as a hobby. I’m not sure what to do as I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans pursuing this career path and don’t have the means or energy to start a new path from square one. I’m burnt out, I miss home and I hate this path I’ve chosen for me.
