CPS came to our house so my mom and dad got mad at my sister because they think that she called them, but she didn't. She vented to her friend about being upset that mom spanked her and her friend must have told an adult. They keep saying that CPS talked to her before they came to the house, but CPS doesn't always talk to a child before a house visit because every situation is different. And my anyone can call CPS as long as they have the childs name and home address. My dad kept saying she was lying and that he knows she is, even when I helped to explain how CPS works and showed sources as proof. He kept insisting she was lying about it though and tried to go get me and my sisters cat to throw him outside. I got up to stop him and he yanked me and I pulled something in my knee so now my knee hurts (it's well known that I have a chronic knee condition that affects my balance, and my dad is way bigger and was just pushing) He says he's kicking me out and to find somewhere else to stay.
